Arrival by local transport (MVV München)
from Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof)
- Trambahn No. 20 or No. 21 till stop Lothstraße
- U-Bahn No. 1 (U1) till Maillingerstraße and a 9 minute walk afterwards
- U-Bahn No. 2 (U2) till Theresienstraße, and a 14 minute walk afterwards
Arrival by plane (Munich Airport)
- S-Bahn No. 1 (S1) or S-Bahn No. 8 (S8) till Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Afterwards proceed to U1 or U2, alternatively to Trambahn No. 20 or 21 (Central Station north exit) as described above.
Tipps on buying a ticket for the MVV Munich
The Campus Lothstraße is located at the central area (Innenraum = white area) of Munich. If your hotel is as well in this area, you can buy the following tickets during your stay in Munich.
- For 1 person: 5,20 EUR (Single-Tageskarte Innenbereich)
- Up to 5 persons: 9,40 EUR (Partner-Tageskarte Innenbereich)
If you stay all 3 days in Munich you can also buy a 3-day-pass
- For 1 person: 12,80 EUR (Single 3-Tageskarte Innenbereich)
- Up to 5 persons: 22 EUR (Partner 3-Tageskarte Innenbereich)

Note
The Munich Airport station is outside of Munich. You have to buy a ticket for the Gesamtnetz at a MVV ticket booth when traveling from / to there!
Travel by car (Munich parking stations)

Parking in the center of Munich is in general expensive. Have a look at the Park & Ride places around Munich here.
There will very probably be enough PARKING LOTS AT THE VENUE in the underground car park of the Hochschule München directly at Lothstraße 64.
We advice you to leave your car at the hotel you are staying and come to the congress location by public transport services.
